We understand that sometimes an item won't fit like expected, or there is just something about it that you don't fancy and would like a refund or exchange for something else. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and if your not we want you to send it back. 

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your purchase,  Once the return request is approved (Normally next business day) the item must be received within 10 days at our warehouse.

If your item is not received within 10 days the request is canceled and you will be unable to return the item. If there is going to be a delay in returning the item be sure to tell us right away so we can keep your request open, reach us at

Your return will be processed quickly and you will receive your refund within 28 days. Most returns a processed within 5 days

It is important that you to complete a returns request BEFORE sending your parcel back to us. If we receive your parcel without a returns request recorded in our system and it is eligible for return / exchange your item will be received back into inventory and you will be issued a store credit only.

If your item was not eligible for returns (Outside return time, clearance item etc.) then you will be contacted via email and an invoice will be sent to you to cover shipping and preparing charges for repackaging and returning the item to you. It will be shipped with tracking and signature required for your protection.  If you do not pay the invoice in 5 business days or otherwise make arrangements with our returns staff, your items will be considered forfeit and will no longer be available for return.  


To submit a returns request you must first be logged into your account, if you had checked out as a guest you will need to create an account which is quick and easy. Just go to the login link and enter the email address you made your purchase under. If your not sure just ask us and we will be glad to help out. 


Once in your account settings just select returns and follow along through the steps to create the return. And remember we are always here to help if you get stuck.

Shipping charges are not included in refunds, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
